Currently we ship orders only to the countries listed below. Shipping costs will be applied depending on the country of destination and the amount of the purchase. After the order has been processed, deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer, within the following and approximate delivery times and within the following cost:

Shipping to Lithuania:

• DPD parcel locker - 2.99€ (1-4 business days) Free for orders over 49.99€
• DPD home delivery - 3.99€ (1-4 business days)

Shipping to Latvia:

• DPD parcel locker - 4.49€ (1-4 business days) Free for orders over 49.99€
• DPD home delivery 5.99€ (1-4 business days)

Shipping to Estonia:

• DPD parcel locker - 5.49€ (2-5 business days) Free for orders over 49.99€
• DPD home delivery 6.99€ (2-5 business days)

Shipping to Poland, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Check Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Ireland, Slovenia:

• DPD home delivery 12.99€ (3-7 business days) Free for orders over 49.99€

Shipping to Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Finland, United Kingdom:

• DPD home delivery 14.99€ (3-7 business days) Free for orders over 49.99€

United Kingdom orders: import tax and duties are not included. These will be levied at custom by the local authorities and paid by the customer.

Shipping to Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Romania:

• DPD home delivery 15.99€ (3-7 business days) Free for orders over 49.99€

Shipping to the rest of the world: 

• Currently not available

In the unlikely event of forces beyond our control that prevent or delay the delivery of the product, the buyer will be notified with the proposed new date of delivery of the product without any subsequent liability of the Pablo and Luna Studio.

Depending on the country of shipment, there may be customs costs that the buyer must pay upon receiving the goods.

All deliveries must be signed off upon receipt. no deliveries are made to po boxes. once the goods have been signed off, they are the responsibility of the client.

In order to avoid unnecessary incidents at the time of delivery, it is essential that the customer has registered their details correctly and it is solely responsible for the personal information entered on the forms, accepting the obligation to provide true, accurate and complete information about their identity, as requested on the registration and purchase forms, as well as to keep the registration data updated so that it remains truthful, accurate and complete.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an order, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending a confirmation e-mail to the address provided at check-out. The order confirmation serves as an invoice and includes your Order Number along with all pertinent details. 

PROCESSING

Once your order has been placed and you have received a confirmation of your order, our team will receive your order for processing. Please note that our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and  it’s shipment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin reflecting updates.

LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS

Pablo and Luna Studio is not responsible for:

Delays in the delivery of goods by the transport company, unforeseen circumstances in the delivery area or due to strikes, natural disasters, accidents, attacks of any kind, etc. The cancellation or non-acceptance of any order when the address information provided by the customer is not correct, or when payment is not verified, declined or rejected for any reason. Pablo and Luna Studio will not be held responsible in case of loss or theft of products returned by the client, nor in the case of restitution to a wrong address or delays in the delivery of returned goods not attributable to Pablo and Luna. In such cases, the buyer will assume all risks of the shipment. it is also up to the buyer to prove that the products have been returned.
